Bucharest theater festival to celebrate Romanian playwright Caragiale this summer

 

The first Bucurestii lui Caragiale Festival , organized in honor of the famous Romanian playwright Ion Luca Caragiale’s centenary and running under the motto “100 years-100 shows-100 personalities” takes place between June 9 and September 20, 2012 in Bucharest’s old town and the Hala Traian area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Over three months, the Bucharest public will have the opportunity to watch 100 acts that will revive the work of I.L. Caragiale and feature 100 artists of all generations.
